  1. Has everyone received a letter for mandatory advisement on the same day, May 19?
  2. You're in luck :). I'm an Empire student and can definitely answer this question. You can't take the class on your phone, but Empire has a laptop loaner program where they send you a laptop for free! Just inquire about it.
  3. It is partially covered via TAP if I'm not mistaken, but double-check that.
  4. Thank you so much :_). I empathize with everyone in the forum and thank you for contributing to our digital community! This process has been stressful for everyone involved, and I feel especially saddened for those who haven't received an acceptance email. I want us all to win. With that being said, I suggest taking the TEAS again, and raising your score to at least an 80 overall. If possible, retake the courses that you received a "B" in, online at Empire and get an A. That will raise your points quickly... especially if there are 4-credit courses (minus the A+P 1). You are more than welcome to PM me, I'm willing to help where I can! Good luck! <3
  5. Congratulations to everyone who has received an acceptance email! To the few who haven't, please don't lose hope just yet. :(. It seems like the emails are coming in waves. If you have 151+ points, based on this thread, I think you should be fine.
  6. ❤️ don't lose hope yet.. wait till Monday!
  7. Did you apply for day or night? im positive you're getting in
  8. You're probably going to get the email in a couple of days. I think me and Stephanie got the email earlier because we needed to know ahead of time (and explained why) to admissions. Did you thoroughly check your NCC email?
  9. :_) we won't see each other but I know we'll definitely cross paths at some point. Congratulations again!
  10. Yes, I have. It's pretty easy. If you're taking it at NCC, take it with Dr. John Spano.
  11. To everyone that hasn't received an email yet... Don't lose hope. I had an extenuating circumstance that required me to know ahead of time. I emailed the school yesterday about it. It's very possible I received the response early because of that. I believe Stephanie had an extenuating circumstance as well.
  12. Thank you 🥹! I received the email at 11 am, but was sleeping so I just saw it. I had 151 points, took 9 courses, scored mostly As with the exception of 1 B. TEAS: 92-Reading 89- English 68- Science (I was tired by that point) 79.4- Math I don't know if they even see your full transcript but I'm also a bio major at my current university and have taken upper level science courses via pre-med track. Thank you!
