I got referred to a unit, but no email yet.

We're not really supposed to share what they ask us, but it's a pretty typical HR/job interview type question. Do your due diligence about LLUMC/LLU as an institution, practice those commonly asked questions they ask during New Grad RN Residency interviews, and you'll be golden.

Yeah so I applied to the last cycle, and what they did is they emailed us all a video to do like a video interview. They give you a week, and you essentially access it when you can, they give you the question, and you then record your response. Then, it moves to in-person interviews. I didn't make it past the pre-recorded interview, so I don't know how it goes from there. Best of luck to everyone!
