I'm looking into an RN to MSN (AGACNP) program at the University of Memphis. I have an ADN and a previous BS ( in business). I currently work as an ICU nurse. My question is— for anyone with a previous non nursing bachelors who went to brick and mortar for RN to MSN did you regret later not stopping for your BSN along the way? Were there hindrances with employers? Did you feel behind in any way with your advanced classes (3Ps in particular)? Did it in any way later come back and bite you in the butt just making sure I'm not making a mistake by skipping it. School assures me I'm not. Thanks
