  1. Fired from hospital system after one year

    Tee30168 posted a topic in General Nursing
    So I was fired from my first nursing job. They say it was because I had drug discrepancies (no miscounts, just documenting issues that I resolved). I have currently taken a home health position and I hate it. I am ALWAYS working, charting or being called to take emergency cases. I've been looking for another hospital/travel position but it seems everyone wants 2 years bedside while I only have about 15 months and now 1 month home health position. Any advice to get back in a hospital?
