University of San Diego (USD) MEPN - Spring 2026
Hi everyone, I'm a Spring 2027 application whos been stalking this thread for a little (LOL). I have a very strong letter of reccommendation from a nursing supervisor at Kaiser. My second letter of rec is from a volunteer coordinator. I have an overall 3.6 cumulative GPA (unfortunately I struggled during covid in my undergrad studies) I had to take 10 pre-reqs in the last year to apply for nursing programs and all of them I got an A, including all the sciences except A&P II which I got an A-. I have an A in all the core ABSN courses needed except A&P II. I'm CNA certified. I have a lot of clinical volunteer experience which I wrote about in my application. I'm not sure what your statistics are based on acceptance. Would anyone mind sharing if they think I have a shot?

Mount Saint Mary's University (MSMU), CA ABSN - Summer 2026
Hi everyone, I'm a Fall 2026 application whos been stalking this thread for a little (LOL). MSMU is my top choice, and I'm really hoping to get in. Mount Saint Mary's University (MSMU) - ABSN Fall 2024
Hello, I am not sure if this thread is still active or if anyone will see this. I have an overall high 3.6 GPA. I am trying to get it to a 3.7 but I am struggling in chem and might end up with a dreaded B (lolol). Definitely still chance for an A tho. I have an A in all other pre-reqs, one really strong letter of rec from a specialist nurse at Kaiser (I volunteer) as well as one from a nursing home care coordinator I volunteer with. I will be CNA certified at the time of my application. Does anyone have any stats or tips they could share? I am really hoping for The Mount. Thank you so much in advance.

Mount Saint Mary's University (MSMU) - ABSN (CA)
Hello, I will be applying to MSMU (Los Angeles) ABSN program for Fall of 2026. The Mount is my first choice. I really want to go here, if anyone has any advice please let me know. I am particularly interested in stats of those accepted. I have a B in chem and there is definitely a possibility of getting an A but I do have to be prepared to get a B. All other pre reqs I have an A. I've gone to multiple info sessions, and attended one in person. I live in the Bay Area and flew down just for the open house. My GPA over all is a high 3.6. If Im able to get an A in chem it should rise to a 3.7. Like I said before, 4.0 in all other pre-reqs (as of RN). Do I have the stats to get in? Is a B OK? I have a really good letter recommendation from a Nurse Specialist at Kaiser (I volunteer) and one from a nursing home volunteer program. I will be getting CNA certified in January. Applications due March 1. Please be kind in your responses
