Not sure when the last interview date is, but final decisions are late Nov/early Dec. Their interview was so nice compared to others - so many opportunities to decompress with the current SRNAs outside of the actual interview. They really wanted to know you as a person! My thought process was that there was a 50% interview selection rate from applicants, and then a 50% acceptance rate from that pool- once you're in the door, you got a 50/50 shot! Take out the stress as best you can (I stayed at a hotel the night before & walked my route to the interview the day before too)
