I was so SCARED LOL like I didn't really prepare for questions like these! they were more behavioral and focusing more on their mission. also like 2 "tell me about a time" questions

OMG that's crazy! they only asked me 3 questions and it wasnt even why peds/why chla. it was for a med/surg unit tho but it caught me by surprise

That's how I felt after my interview too! 😭 I cant even remember the questions they asked. I hope we hear back from them with good news

Hi, congrats on the interview! That's what they told me on the phone as well, but I still haven't gotten the confirmation email. Maybe they will send it 1-2 days prior to our interview?

yay that's great news! I wonder what the difference is with "submitted to role" and "under review." both of the units that are on my portal say "under review"

Hi everyone! I checked my portal, and my RN Residency application still says "under review" and was last updated on 6/24. But 2 units were added, one for 6 West (resident) and NICCU (resident), but both say "under review." I have no idea what this means, I'm so nervous LOLL. Last aplication cycle, I didn't get any of these changes.
