  1. Hey guys! Just wanted to give an update regards picking PCP. I got my lab requisition form today for the toxicology test. I'll be doing it at Quest and visiting my PCP to run other tests instead of going to Sinai for the everything. Paying through Sinai just lets them send the lab document, so you wouldn't need to pay at Quest Diagnostics.
  2. Yeah, I totally get what you mean! ? I've been stressing about the same thing because of the December 1st deadline too. From what EHS told me, they'll be working with Cohort 19 this week, so hopefully things start moving soon. Once I get my lab requisition form from EHS, I'm planning to set an appointment at the Quest Diagnostics closest to my house you guys can check for locations and make appointments once you guys get the requisition: https://www.questdiagnostics.com/
  3. Yeah, I was kind of annoyed with the waiting part too, but I emailed EHS and they said they'll be working with Cohort 19 this week, so hopefully we get a response soon. I actually canceled my PCP appointment after I got their email.
  4. I get the confusion! ? From what I understand, paying for the toxicology just covers the drug test part it doesn't affect your PCP choice. You can still use your own doctor for the physical if you want which is what im also doing. The payment is only for the lab test, and EHS just sends you the lab requisition form for Quest once you complete the Clearance Instructions and select PCP.
  5. Hey! You don't have to go all the way to Sinai for the toxicology; we can get it done at Quest Diagnostics. Once you complete the Clearance Instructions and select PCP, EHS asks for an email so they can email you the lab requisition form to bring to Quest.
  6. Hey, do you know anyone who took pharm and patho on Portage before starting? If so, was it the best choice? what do you recommend?
  7. I hear nurse sarah is the best for pharm. Do you mind sharing the link to the ones you bought off Etsy? I'd love to check them out too.
  8. How's the workload? Do you feel confident you'll remember all the information from pharm until classes start?
  9. I'm only taking patho on portage and pharm at sinai. I know someone who completed the program, and she told me it's better to take patho on Portage and pharm at Sinai.
  10. Hey guys, I just wanted to ask if anyone else is taking Patho and Pharm on Portage?
