Hi! To those who received their blue card, where did you guys submit it? I followed the instructions that said to upload it to the link on the admissions letter but it says the survey isn't currently active ?

Mine is also still on hold. I called student services and they said we have to submit the blue card first through a link that was attached on our acceptance letter. Once they confirm that theyll remove the hold.
