    Hi all. I took My NCLEX 2011 but failed. And its been 14 years and I wanted to try it again. By the way Im currently an Lpn. I studied in the Philippines. If anyone can advice me on how to reapply/steps in retaking NCLEX RN. I appreciate it so much.
