Has anyone started a group chat or discord of sorts for the incoming 2026 Spring Cohort?

Me neither actually. I did a quick Google search and found someone on reddit in a similar position a year ago and they mentioned looking at that data. I verified it myself and sure enough, last 5 years RH is like 20-25% attrition while PCC is 5-9%

they'll prob send those out later since some people aren't gonna accept admission and alternates will be picked, but IDK thank you! originally I was just gonna go through with Rio Hondo because I already soft committed and paid for their drug test and background check but upon checking RN.ca.gov's data on student attrition, I'm gonna go for PCC instead. For anyone who might be in a similar position and is wondering, its 8% vs 25% LOL...

I just got my acceptance letter, sent to official PCC email but my personal is CC'd. Had 90 pts. Wanted to go to PCC but was panicking and already accepted a different schools offer ?

When do you guys think we'll hear back from PCC? I keep checking my personal and school email LOL. I need to reply to another offer soon

Yeah I got mine from CVS already. I got into the Rio Hondo ADN program and they're requiring us to get BLS/CPR which I think is the same as PCC's. I'm trying to get the online class but the AHA website is bugging out RN and won't let me check out. Is anyone else going through the same thing?

hey yall, we're almost there.. Wanted to ask y'all, did we need to get CPR/BLS cert before the program or is that something we do after? I know vaccines are something we need to take care of, which I did already. I just want to make sure I get all these things done before we even hear back from them

Congrats again to all that got in!! I had a question for you guys since there's not a lot of people on the Spring 26' forum yet. Did anyone apply with an AP score from an exam prior to 2018? Was wondering if we need to request an official transcript be sent to ourselves (to scan and upload to the app) or if sending (1) official transcript to PCC is sufficient. I already sent an official transcript to PCC from College Board a while back and it came with a student score report that was mailed to me. I wonder if this report is fine for the pdf upload on the app or if I will need to pay for an official one to be sent to me.

Hey y'all quick question from someone who is about to apply during the August window. Do we need to have BLS training completed before applying? If so, do you guys have any recs for the Pasadena area?

do you guys know if theres precedent of them sending a second wave of acceptances? I mean in theory it makes sense right if some folks turn down the acceptance they gotta hit some people up? good luck yall

I'm applying during the August window because I have to take Physio this Summer. This thread was super helpful to get some insights though. Wishing y'all the best of luck. Anyone have any tips for TEAS? RN my gameplan is this Mometrix book from amzn and prob some YT vids if I can find any.
