There is no interview process yet. You do the Kirk assessment which is like the interview. After that you get notified about getting accepted, waitlisted or denied. It's very chill

Over 500 people applied and all 20 have accepted their spot. Those that got the rejection first probably didn't meet standards. Anyone under review needs to see that as a denial now since there is a waitlist group as well. If this is the program you really want I bet there will be more openings next year. Keep your head up!

Those accepted have a meeting about the program with the director and others. Assuming they have 20 spots filled if they are doing that
