Hello, my fellow nurses, last Friday, one of my managers received an Omnicell report that stated that I had been signing out narcotics more than my peers. She then said that we had a meeting on Monday. I went to the meeting. When I arrived, I was greeted by the CNO, whom I had never met, and the director of the pharmacy, as well as my manager, with an HR rep who asked the most questions. They pulled out Omnicell reports, and no EHR records. and asked 1 patient if they received their liquid NORCO, and the patient stated no. I have never stolen any drugs in my entire career. The HR lady told me that I am on unpaid suspension until further notice. THIS WHOLE SITUATION IS MAKING ME STRESSED TF OUT. And they are sending the case to the internal diversion committee. I am so scared I could lose my licence when I haven't done anything wrong. ANY advice or have any of y'all been through something similar
