  1. Hey guys. I have been working as a Trauma/Emergency RN for over a decade, currently active duty. I'm no longer looking at a degree in my specialty, I'm a bit burned out. I'm hoping those with prior DUINS experience can help me out a bit here, information seems so scattered. 1. Non-nursing degrees are mentioned as a possibility, does anyone know what these are or the guidelines for this? 2. I was thinking maybe more along the lines of a Leadership Masters...maybe Public Health MS, Nursing educations MS. I would love any comments from people who headed that direction before me. I just need to shift a bit, and I would love to shift more towards teaching/managing over bedside care at this point. 3. It looks more and more like DUINS might just not be a feasible option. Anyone just get your MS on your own time while working full shifts? Was it feasible? Thanks so much. I don't have very many people I can speak with and input would be welcome to help with clarity.
