  1. I got an offer today from Roseville. My application status on my KP still says "completed" and hasn't been updated since 8/10... just wanted to let everyone who hasn't heard anything yet know because I've been checking my profile compulsively, but apparently it doesn't necessarily change either way. Good luck, everyone!
  2. Mine hasn't changed since it moved to "complete" either. From what I've been told, they open separate Job Numbers for each specific unit that they're hiring for. The new job post stays invisible to the public until they have processed everything and the hiring team has signed off. The "self identify" email is an automated message sent when the system detects missing EEO information for an applicant, typically triggered when a candidate's profile is transferred from the original NCAL Residency job posting to the unit-specific job post. Any status change we see on our profile is caused by an actual HR recruiter processing someone's file, so the status won't change unless they actively update it on their end and choose to make the action public. I've also heard that internal candidates sometimes see their status change earlier than external candidates, but it seems to vary from person to person. I'm external and have had to reach out to people I know who were hired into previous cohorts to get a little info on how it works. None of them are actually in HR, so take all of this with a grain of salt. I'm piecing together information from different sources to try and figure out what's going on, so sorry if this is confusing or incorrect in any way. I really hope we hear something soon... the wait has been the hardest part. Good luck!
  3. I interviewed for Roseville. The initial email came in on 8/11, and apparently the "self identify" email comes up with the "invalidemail.com" sender because it's not directly from KP recruiting. It's sent from Taleo or Oracle or something... either way, it connected to the KP jobs portal when I clicked the link.
  4. Thanks for posting about this! I got the same email last week and thought it was a scam due to the senders email address not being a kp.org address and the job number being different. I just filled mine out and submitted. I should have emailed the ncal recruiters to verify past week... that was close
  5. I think it varies slightly by location, but it sounds like they generally hire about half of the candidates they interview. Some locations have more than 1 interview group, so if a specific hospital site interviews 12 candidates (2 groups of 6), they take the top 6 of the 12 (plus or minus, depending on the site). It sounded to me like they could take 3 from each group or up to all 6 from one group, depending on how the final rankings turn out.
