Random question, for the ones that got a call, was it all calls for an offer? I had my graduation ceremony on Friday June 13th. I just realized I have a missed call from choc from that day .

Just curious, anyone ever ask what the starting rate was for new grad RN? I've looked at other forums on this and even reddit threads and heard it's around the 37-42$ Range. Wonder if its still true for this cohort.

Yeah it's soooooo competitive! I even the asked the panel why is your guys interview process so hard compared to others and they all laughed LMAO but in short its basically to weed out the weaker applicants LOL. Thank you! I originally did want to stay working at CHOC but I was literally given a dream offer from another place that I couldn't say no to. No I don't work in surgical but I am an internal here at choc LOL. Question Did you interview on Tuesday as well?

Yes I interviewed for surgical on Tuesday and honestly it was hard LOL. Don't know if I got it or not but either way I'll be declining because I got an offer from another hospital.

No it was completely different, Recruiter email and like 3 different people from onboarding Analyst group.

Received a call from the recruiter first, then got an official email with my Offer letter.

I interviewed for the Ambulatory OR as well! I took the exit exam last Friday and got a call and email offer around 3:30 ! I wonder if we go to the same school LOL

Just got a call and offer from SM OR.

OR Ambulatory outpatient in Santa Monica. Yesterday my status was In Review, this morning it changed to Interview, and I just checked right now and it changed to Interview/Onboarding.

My status now says "Interview/Onboarding" is this a good sign?

I also interviewed for OR but for the Santa Monica Ambulatory outpatient. Status changed to interview today.... no call yet.

What does it mean if your status changed from In review to Interview ? and congrats to everyone who got offers today!

One of the nurse managers called and introduced herself. Just asked which date I would be available to interview. I believe there is June 3rd, June 5th, and June 10th for the interview days. Then she mentioned what the interview would consist of, and to keep look out for an email with more info on exact time and location. I applied for the Surgical.

Anyone here apply for the OR? had my interview on the 14th. Still waiting.

Just received a call right now for the interview. June 10th. Nurse manager mentioned to be prepared for a 4+ hour interview. Interview includes a test and simulation...... ?
