I am currently searching for a mentor for a PICOT project to complete my BSN. I need someone by tomorrow. Unfortunately, other possible mentors have fallen through. Technically they want MSN but BSN will work with leadership experience. The school will need a copy of your resume and for you to complete a short evaluation questionnaire. The class is 6-7 weeks long. I will email you on my progress as we go. All I ask is that you provide guidance and suggestions. The syllabus states 45 hours of mentorship. This does not mean we need direct interaction that totals 45 hours. It clarifies that it is flexible and that "The student may also utilize this time to attend educational programs or conferences, and review the literature related to their project. The project should be student-driven and supported by the mentor." I'm really hoping someone can help me out. I am so close to graduating and do not want to take this class at a later time. Thanks!

Hi, I am in desperate need of help. I am 2 classes shy of completing my BSN. For my EBP 2 class I need a mentor for my PICOT project. I am in a difficult position because I am transitioning from one job to another. Unfortunately, my previous DON does not have the appropriate qualifications because she is an LPN. For my new job, I am still going through the onboarding process. The mentor needs to be a BSN or higher. The course is accelerated and only 7 weeks long. For the project, I would need to update you on my progress (via email is fine) and I would welcome any feedback you have to help me improve. My professor would need you to provide a copy of your resume and complete a brief survey. I'm really hoping someone can help me out. I am a hardworking student and currently have a 3.69 GPA.
