  1. I wouldn't make any assumptions. They still have to process and go through things. Until interviews are done, then it is safer to make the assumption. Always keep your chin up. Everyone that applies is one step ahead of anyone that has not. It is a process and hopefully everyone that applies anywhere will get in somewhere!
  2. Well today is **hopefully** the big day! Good luck to all, may the odds be ever in your favor.
  3. Or... We've been trying to reach you about your extended warranty ?
  4. Was thinking the same thing that we should start hearing something. The smart thing would be a working excel file that just plugs in people as they interviewed and scored. So calls around rankings are easy peasy.
  5. As far as I can tell, it's hurry up and wait until everyone. Was told originally would hear by the end of the week months ago. So, annoyed is a good word. Others have expressed some annoyance as well via Reddit.
  6. The past is a trend, you have to compare current data to current data. Yes. You may have 25 people that scored above the bar. But what happens in interviews 4,5, 6, and 7 when each have 15 that also score above the bar and some above those that have already been offered. The point is you start painting yourself into a corner. Offer all at once or have an anonymous running board to let people know where they stand in the ranking. Don't put yourself in a situation where you are in a corner, with a great candidate that blew everyone out of the water, but they interviewed last and yesterday you offered the last position.
  7. Sorry for the second post, the problem with the first 25 is you had no one to compare the scores/people too. So of course the first 25 look stellar (not saying they aren't), but there is no reference. Same thing happens when you do 2 days of interview panel for a job. The first 2 you may be like wow, then maybe one after lunch makes you go uh oh on the first 2 scores. Then after lunch second day the real person that's going to get the job comes in and blows everyone away. So they all have to go back and adjust the scores. Having sat on enough interview panels, its a real thing.
  8. Noope, the class size is 60+20. They have already accepted 25 of the 60. So 35+20 is the current availability.
  9. The 25 already offered or almost 50% of seats. That kind rubs a little. Your still interviewing a lot, and you already have assigned a good chunk. Might have sat better if just waited all together and offered all at once.
  10. Basically my boat.. matters not first come first serve ?
  11. That's one way to dilute the pool and make the odds not in favor..
