For Rady's, yes, this was my first time applying and interviewing. And yes, my preceptorship was in the CVICU at Stanford Children's

They didn't! The overall cohort is usually around 30-40 people, but for CTICU specifically, in past cohorts and I believe this one as well, they typically take about 3-4 people.

I got a call from the CTICU for an offer earlier, around 10!! They said HR will be reaching out early next week with the official letter and next steps. If anyone else hears back, please update! I'll be moving to SD and would love to connect with this cohort / start a group ?

Anyone else get SkillSurvey reference checked after their interview? CTICU they said we should be hearing back at the end of this week ? Update when you hear anything!! Waiting game is killing me haha.

Hi!! Here from the Spring 2026 round. Wondering if there's ever been someone who got a SkillsSurvey Reference Check and didn't get an offer? People your round had asked the round the year before, but there's still been no answer! It's always been that if you got reference checked, they got it or they said they were waiting but then stopped posting on the forum after/AllNurses in general (which I believe is a good sign? haha). But really curious! If you guys had insight on that, I'd appreciate it ?

for those who interviewed already, esp for CTICU, did you guys get an email for reference checks? got one this morning so im hoping that's a good sign ? also @littlelifesaver, despite having gone through interviews my status is still submitted! I think from old forums they've said that even when they got offers it still never changed LOL

Hi! I just came across this thread, but I interviewed for NICU on the 19th. They said we'd hear back about a week or so later. Anyone interview for NICU and hear anything back yet? Been anticipating all morning even though I know 1 week rarely means exactly 7 days :’)

congrats!! & I know someone from out of state who had to fly out to california last year for their interview because they told her it was strictly in person. not sure if that's changed though, but it doesn't hurt to ask!

Hi! I interviewed for CHOC in the beginning of Summer, it was a long process that included a panel interview, skills portion, and a written test. I know they're under Rady's so I was wondering if the interview set up was similar for you?

I just got a call back from CVICU! Unfortunately the interview is also on the same day as my CHOC interview and they don't have any other date options ?

Ohh okay got it! Someone on here commented previously that they had a phone interview so I was curious.

Ahh the call I got from them, which came from the official number, didn't tell me anything about a phone interview.. All they asked was if I was available to go to the all day interview and that I'll just be getting an email for further details about that day like where and what time to meet, etc. Did anyone else have it as direct as that or did everyone schedule a phone interview too? Curious because if everyone scheduled a phone interview I might call back tomorrow to clarify/confirm.

I just got a call right now! It was them inviting me for interview day. I didn't hear anything about a phone interview though, she just said I would be called by the talent acquisition team for further information.

Hi Guys! So CHOC's timeline says that May 26th is the date they will reach out? Does that mean if we don't get an email by today then we can assume we're not moving forward? I just want to know what to expect and if I should still be checking my emails after today or not. Thanks! ?

For those who got a call, was it a Los Angeles or at least California area code? I get so many random numbers calling me I just wanted to know if I had missed it by chance as well.

So calls usually fall on the first Monday and if you didn't get one, then it's unlikely you will receive anything back? I'll accept it so I don't keep waiting for anything back. Definitely discouraged because it's my first application ever as I'm still graduating this month. Was hoping just moving even one step forward would give me some confidence ? Congrats to all those moving forward!

Hi! I know a handful of people who have applied and it says "reviewed" for them now. Anyone else's still say "Applied"? Kind of worried I messed up somewhere in the application process but I was pretty diligent with everything. I'd assume they'd have to review all applications regardless. Just a little nervous! Haha
