I am applying for the third time and August will mark one year since I graduated nursing school. I would really appreciate any tips on how to write a strong letter or anything else that helped you stand out. Thank you.

I found this information on the July cohort thread: "BSN = $56.70, ADN = $54.73, and the night shift differential is $4.50. There's a raise at 6 months and again at 1 year, plus a yearly cost-of-living increase.”
