  1. Cristorod! Are you on informal probation still? How long ago was it? Mine is a recent from a year ago and got denied but I'm currently appealing it.
  2. Hey Roxanna and no. I'm still going to process. My lawyer told me I need to get off probation early and then get it expunged to get licensed without probation from the BVNPT. In order to order to do that I need to get another dui lawyer to help me file the motion.
  3. Hey there! Im also in the same boat as you. I got my dui back in march of 2024. Graduated in December of 2024. Took my NCLEX PN in CA in march. Got denied in the beginning on April due to not enough evidence of rehabilitation. Currently I'm trying to get attorney to file a appeal. I would definitely get your dui expunged and apply for your license. As far for your letters any employer you worked for, friends, family or any classmates since there already nurses are great for reference letters. Good luck.
  4. Hello everybody! I was wondering if anybody has been through an appeal process. I'm just so lost on this. LVN license Denied in CA recently to my poor decision making on a DUI conviction in 2024. I submitted all my paperwork requiered for my application, reference letters etc for the license and ultimately was denied due to "rehabilitation" wasn't enough. I'm asking if anybody has been through a similar situation and can message or reply to this thread!? Currently have been calling attorneys for consultation and advice. thank you for reading !
