  1. Hi guys! I was wondering if anyone would be able to shed light on the hiring/onboarding process for the new grad residency program (if offered a position?) I heard it was a long process, but I'm worried I may be out of town when the offers are supposed to be extended! Will I have a time frame for when I need to have my background check, drug screen, titers tested, and physical examination completed by? If so, does this get done before or after my scheduled NCLEX? Or right after the offer is extended? This is literally my dream job so I don't want to mess up any opportunities because I took a vacation to celebrate graduation before working. LOL Thank you guys for your help!
