  1. Hey guys, I am in the second semester of the ADN program at HGTC (SC) and looking to get a better idea of what to expect for the remaining semesters. I am hearing 3rd semester is brutal (2 courses NUR 150/162, 10 weeks) and I want to know how others have managed (especially if you had to work). Some people in my cohort are only taking 1 class this Summer and others are not working. I have to work (Fri-Monday) and I don't want to split the classes up unless absolutely necessary. I am trying to plan accordingly now to try to make this work. Any anecdotes/advice would be appreciated. Should I get a head start on learning certain topics like ECGs, ABGs, etc? Are there any other challenges I should be mentally preparing for? Thank you in advance!
