  1. Working in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan?

    Hi - I'm in school at the moment, living in Chicago, but very interested in working in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan when I graduate. Just wanted to reach out to see if anyone is currently working up there and what your experience has been like. I'm interested in working in Marquette or at a smaller hospital in the western UP - pretty flexible all around. No kids - not married - 30-something guy here - I've been up there on trips quite a bit so I know about the weather and Summer bugs etc but I also really like how quiet it is and you can't beat the scenery. Anyway..... If anyone has any info I would really appreciate hearing from you. Thanks!
