    Hi! Welcome to school nursing. I worked for Ro as a PRN School nurse sub for a few years and had a great experience. I will say, I felt they offered a lot of training for me - but the hands-on in person training is only in the Summer. I started with them during the Winter and only did some online training and was suprised but very happy with what they provided come Summer. I would talk with your clinical supervisor too as they should offer you more support. I am sorry you don't feel comfortable right now, but I hope that it will get better.
