I just got a call offer from JSEI OR!

I think for OR people only the status changed to "interview/onboarding". No official call or email offer yet

I'm not sure, I didn't ask ?

Just checked again and it changed from "interview" to "interview/onboarding"!

Last time I checked was over the weekend and it was still "in review" so I'm guessing it changed today

I'm an external applicant and got an interview for Ophthalmology OR - Jules Stein Eye Institute! Interview is for 5/8.

Hey for those of you who got offers, did you start the onboarding process yet? Like sign the official offer letter and paperwork and stuff? I interviewed for neuro/stroke last Friday morning and got an offer that afternoon via phone call, but haven't gotten any emails to sign official paperwork yet. I'm just wondering if I should pester the recruiter or wait until everyone gets their offers...

That's a bummer... I'm sorry ? What units did you apply to, if you don't mind me asking?

They are holding interviews in May from what they've said in their info session so I'm assuming they'll reach out sometime in April? They also said they manually read all resumes/cover letters (they don't use an ATS system) so I wouldn't be surprised if they take the whole of March to go through all applicants! Just my opinion though; I don't think they specifically said when they'll reach out for interviews!
