    WOW! Even their own policy says 3 call ins are allowed in a year! I've been working with them for nearly 4 years. Did they give you any warning before termination of your employment?

    Do you know anybody who has been terminated by AdventHealth for too many absentee (like 8 days in one year)? I had to call in sick for 8th time in a one year period and now I'm concerned whether they'd fire me without any verbal or written warning or not!
