Yep UTSW is my last one in Texas and I got declined from the rest. Guess I might be moving away:(

You are not the only one! It is so weird because I have had several interviews yet get declined on the last step. It's really soul crushing at this point because now I do not have anything. I got declined from PICU last week as well after interviewing with Children's and getting to the final step. Hoping we will get something though!
