Honestly im not sure because I don't know how much it is to dorm! My boyfriend rents his studio in Queens, NY off the A train for 1,400$ about an hour away from campus. BUT if youre okay living with people and renting a room I know people that rent rooms for $500 by the yankee stadium or in Brooklyn about an hour away. It just depends tbh!

same im stressing about loans now LOL it never ends I would suggest just getting a room thats by the A train line so you can go directly there. Housing is pricey in nyc

Honestly I think that MDE applicants would get them sooner and then the DNP applicants would get them closer to the end of the month. That's what happened last year.

I usually call the nursing office at +1 (212) 305-5756. They never seem to know anything though , I'm not sure what number the other people have called.

awe I hope you rest well. Im from NY born and raised. Im also at work right now as a CNA and its snowing! Its not too bad and even if it were, we still wouldnt close things. This city never sleeps LOL!

Yes, they said they would send an email stating that there has been update to the portal once decisions and released. It's easy to not be anxious when you already have a full ride to your top school. Thank you for the recommendations and I wish you the best of luck in your academic journey.

NYU, Molloy, & SUNY downstate. Honestly, going to an ivy has been a dream of mine since I was in elementary school. Also, the proximity is just a bonus. I really fell in love with the school when I visited and love their study abroad program.

Im applying to three other schools if I don't get in. The applications are done for the most part but theyre due at the end of the month and I don't want to pay the fee until I know Columbias decision, theyre my #1. If I get in, I don't plan on applying to them. If I don't then I have no other choice. Congrats on the full ride!

They're a mess. I called earlier and she said shes not sure. I told her I had to get back to other schools with my own decision and I'm just waiting on Columbia to make my final decision. She said shed email me once she found out in about an hour or two. If they make us wait another week im going to lose my mind LOL

Last year they released the decision on a Monday. The 12th of February. But I don't think we'll get the decision till next week considering we just received the email of the faculty review a few days ago and last year they got it around the ~26th of January.

yes it was just saying I had missing pre reqs and degree conferral date but thats only because I graduate in may. I don't think it means we got in and you didn't. They said decisions would be posted in February.

I got this email as well. They said they were missing A&P2 and Micro but I uploaded and emailed my transcript with my A&P2 grade and was told it was accepted and updated last month. It seems that they are a bit unorganized.

I feel you. My screen time on my email app is close to 2 hours now and thats only from refreshing my email every 2 seconds. My eye twitching and I cant sleep. I just want my decision to feel normal again LOL

I just got off the phone with them and the lady said that they had a meeting last week about it. She also said that shes not sure but it would be either this week or next week.

Their emails are definitely filled with the same question. If they do respond and give a date, please post it. I am going to call tomorrow and ask for a better time frame. I'll keep the forum updated.
