  1. Update— if anyone cares to know. I ended up putting in my two weeks. There wasn't any accommodations they could do for me. It was strictly two week day/night rotations. I was fortunate enough to have a savings so I could look around more. I did find an inpatient day shift position so I am excited to start that.
  2. I have been working in a CTICU for 6 mos as a new grad. We do 2 week rotations of day/night. I can't handle it anymore. I fear for patient safety and my own safety when driving to and from work. I feel like I'm the verge of falling asleep. I went to my managers 4 days ago and told them I need to make a change. They said they would help. 4 days later I have not heard anything back in email. I reached out to HR to see if I can transfer to a position without rotations. I have to switch back to nights in a week and a half. If I don't get any help by tomorrow I'm thinking of just giving a weeks notice. I can't do another switch.
