    On the application it doesn't ask if it is specialty or not only if you are working within your population scope. Which is yes so that's what makes me think it is allowed?

    So have you guys been able to get the California 103NP? It doesn't specify specialty or not but I had a friend call the CA BRN and they said no specialty NPs allowed??

    Hello, Any specialty practice NPs (cardiology, rheumatology, dermatology, etc) NPs become a 103NP? I've been told NPs can't get their 103NP if they are in a specialty practice. Thanks!
