    What can and cannot an LVN do in an AL facility in California when there is no RN or medical director on staff? Can they render basic first aid for all the bumps and cuts, and recommend the residents go to ER, urgent care, or see their primary care if an injury warrants it? I've been seeing a lot of conflicting information on this topic.
