In May I was convicted of a Class A misdemeanor.what happened is I made a mistake by letting someone else do my billing and they accidentally billed for three days I didn't work by the time I saw he mistake some time had passed I offered to pay the money back but instead the DOJ filed a criminal case. I pled to the to the case because it had taken 6 years to get to court and I couldn't get my witnesses and the cost to continue with a trial. I paid a fine, I paid the three days pay,I did an ethics course for the board of nursing and paid them some approx $1500. After this was over DHS sent me a check for $1500 that the said they owed me. I have my license but now can't work for anyone. Nursing is my passion I've been a nurse since 1982.I don't understand this and my lawyer says no one wins a case with theOIG I also never got that letter everyone says they get about a 30 day warning that they are thinking of putting you on their list I just got a letter that in 20 days I wouldn't be able to work and am suspended from my job. OIG says I'll be on the list for 5 years which is incredulous for a mistake.

I have OIG trouble and need information.
