Same exact situation! Employee of 10 years. This is my 4th time applying. ? Hoping there's still hope before having to start getting experience elsewhere.

I believe applications are randomly selected if the minimum requirements are met. I'm an employee and have been with Kaiser for 10 years. I graduated with honors and I'm BLS, ACLS, PALS, nrp, and ekg certified. This is my 3rd time applying and have yet to land an interview. It can be discouraging but don't give up! Something will come soon!
