Seems like most of the units besides 2 haven't gotten back to us. We still have the rest of the week! Based on previous threads every unit responds at a different time

Does anyone know how they decide who moves forward?? Just confuses me cause almost everyone is interviewed by someone different on different days, etc. so it's like how do they all come together and decide? Or is it just up to the person who interview us? Genuinely curious

Did anyone have a second interview with the NICU today? I was so nervous ?

To be completely honest, based on my experience last year, I didn't get an interview offer on the first day (or at all) and it seems like they only went out on one day so I'd you didn't get one you didn't get one:/ letting you know because it kept me up all night for weeeeeks and I just wish I knew sooner.
