I know. I feel such a downer. My friend applied last year for the Spring cohort. They got there acceptance first week of January and the rejection few days after, and some waitlist. Still hoping for the best!

No, I'm so sad... I was hoping there's more coming in. But in the back of my head, why would they send it different days? they must've picked the 40 from the pool of applicants already.

I was asked 5 questions 1 is like a follow up question but I can't remember it's about my previous job since I don't have any experience in healthcare. I'm still keeping positive. I forgot her name, she's an African American professor. Very well spoken, I asked her a couple of questions, my interview was less than 15 mins around 12 mins.

Just got home from the interview. I don't feel prepared. LOL but they asked the questions mentioned above. Diversity, why nursing, traits of nurses, and why National. Good luck guys!

Good luck on everyone's interview! I'm definitely feeling a little nervous! Doesn't help that my interview got pushed back later .

Hi Karina, keep going! I say maybe retake a class to raise your GPA? My classmate's TEAS was 94 and 3.5 GPA, she didn't get an interview. Someone here said they're looking for at least 3.6 GPA not sure what's your current GPA, not really sure what they're looking at but my TEAS score wasn't high (84) hoping I do well during the interview.

Hi Alexandria, I'm worried about that too. I don't have any healthcare experience at all. I recently got out of the Navy as a Gas turbine tech LOL, have not applied to any job since then so I don't even know how to make a good resume LOL, Your stats are way better than mine too, I have 3.9 and 84. :)I'm just happy I got an interview right now. Hoping the best for everyone!

I Didn't know they were sending rejection emails either. I didn't know she applied for this cohort but I messaged our class chat 2 weeks ago asking if anyone got in the program or applied. She texted me today. There must be a different reason why the rejection is early. Her TEAS score is 94 and her GPA is 3.5 my TEAS is only 84 ?

I believe they only take classes you've taken the last 2 years don't quote me on it. I stopped listening when they said I have to take their finals and get at least certain score to get that credit. Let's hope for the best! Good luck to us and everyone who applied!

Karina, did you attend the forum at MFSON? Sounds good, but I left before they had to take the little test, doesn't seem like it's a good fit for me. They take multiple classes at a time I believe like 3-4 months long . They also make you take their final tests for their A&P and other classes for them to accept your credits if you got it from a different school. They're 200 questions tests. Just seems too much. But the bright side is. Once u finished the ADN program you can take the NCLEX to be a RN and take the BSN online.

I asked the advisor about that, so they'll be interviewing that much people but only choosing 40 total.

We got this guys! This is my second TEAS score, I got a 73 the first time LOL. The advisor told me to retake it for a better shot. I thought 84 was good enough score. I studied through ATI study guide ? and it was a lot to read.

Is that average TEAS score or overall with the GPA, TEAS and interview combined?
