  3. Thank you for your response. I read the managing OIG exclusion list you posted, however it does not mention where a person can work if listed. My uncle is a NP in CA. He received notice he will placed on the exclusion list. Any tips you can offer will be appreciated.
  4. If listed on OIG list can one still work at other insurance companies like Blue Cross etc?
  5. Hello All I am hoping to hear anyone who has experience the same or similar incident. My uncle is a NP in California and is being investigated by the DEA for writing a prescription for former coworker and friend who is also a NP. He feels awful and is terrified he will lose everything. He has contacted an attorney but is rightfully scared this end his career. For those in similar situations what can my uncle expect? TIA
