    Thank you all. When researching the hospital Friday, I was shocked to see my old manager is the Chief Nursing Operator there. She was involved in reporting me to the BON many years ago. This is so full circle! should have given more details in my initial post. I appreciate your messages so very much! Do you think I should discuss this with my new to be manager?

    Hi all, I have been a nurse for 20 years. Completed the BON SARP program and have been sober for 11 years. I am switching jobs at the moment and was thinking of disclosing my recovery. Does anyone have experience with this? How did the HR or new boss react?
