  1. Medical City Arlington New Grad Residency

    Hi there! I am currently applying to new graduate nurse residencies in the DFW area. I just got an offer from Medical City Arlington for their MICU. I wanted to see if anyone on here has had experience in that unit or even just with Med City Arlington in general. What are the ratios like? management? culture? workload? etc. Before I accept this offer I want to get a feel for it's reputation and if it's a good environment to start off as a new grad. There's minimal info on here or Glassdoor or Indeed but from what a few reviews say it seems pretty understaffed and with too high of ratios for an critical care setting, so I'm a little weary. If anyone has any insight please share, thank you!!
