After I asked around with a bunch of RNs, NPs, and surgeons at work, I called them back and said yes. And the guy who called me said I will get a confirmation email and an email for orientation tomorrow.

Hi everyone, they called and sent me admission offer this morning, they called and asking if I still wanted to go to SFSU Nursing School. Any one got their calls too?

That makes me wonder why I got waitlisted since I have 4.0 both overall GPA and Preres. And my TEAS is 97.3%, I have 1600 hours of work experience as a MA at Oakland Kaiser medical center. I forgot to submit my bilingual certificate..... so I got waitlisted #2.

Hi, I have the same GPA and background as you. I didn't submit my bilingual certificate because I hadn't done it by the time I submitted my application. So I believe I lost some points from that.

My GPA 4.0, TEAS 97.3%, more than 1500 hours working experience as a Medical Assistant at Kaiser. I get accepted to Cal East Bay, and I am accepted the admission offer. But still want to wait for SFSU.

I haven't heard anything also. My last name is Z, so probably will be the last one got noticed.

No, because you said, "...they'll pick the top 120 students based on their grades and experiences, and then send 49 students offers according to their personal statements." So, I am worried that I don't have an excellent personal statement. I didn't put any effort into it -_-//

OMG. I don't think I did a good job on my personal statement because I wrote it after did my second attempt at TEAS. I put all my attention into studying for TEAS. I was rushing to submit my application that afternoon. I have a GPA of 4.0 on both GE and Prereqs, a TEAS score of 97.3%, and more than 1500 hours of work experience as an MA. Trilingual. I also got a recommendation from one of my surgeons. I hope to get in; if not, I don't know what else I can do to get into Nursing.
