Hi . My GPA was 3.78 science 4.0. Ccrn . 2 years MICU. 20 shadow hours . No gre. However I also attended the aana annual conference last year and diversity CRNA event plus lots of volunteering and being a part different groups in the hospital

I think the application questions including diversity statement and the Kira . RFU really seems major on DEI . I only had 2 years experience in a level 3 and got accepted so I don't think the years is a big deal . But also I do a lot of consistent volunteering in underserved populations so I wonder if that too is a factor. A lot of my experience and leadership and volunteering aims around diversity so maybe that's what helped me

The informational session was literally just that . Was not an interview in my perspective. I believe the Kira is the interview

One person said they got a denial after sending in their application and said it could be because they have one year experience in other news I just got my invite to zoom interview which I could only schedule dec 10th because all other spots are filled . How many applicants roughly are in the zoom interview if y'all don't mind sharing . Like 50+ or ?
