  1. In need of some help/advice. I recently received a DUI (a misdemeanor in MD) in the state of Maryland. I have not been charged, only issued a citation awaiting a court date. It was a stupid mistake, and I regret it more than anything. My question is based on anyone's experiences, if you feel comfortable to share, will my license be taken away? I have nothing else on my record, not even a speeding ticket. I know every states BON is different, but I'm just looking for general advice. In addition, if I receive a PBJ (probation before judgement) do I need to report that to the BON? Or do I report the DUI right away to the Maryland BON? I can't find Info regarding their reporting policy.
