My hair test, peth and urine everything again came back negative as they were last month. Now waiting for the evaluation result.

Anyone knows, how many days USDTL takes to give the hair test results which includes ETG? I had hair tests before not including ETG and usually the turn around time was 1 week. This time, I dropped the sample last week on Friday and yet I have not received any result.

My case is now little complicated. I came to know about this info in the last few days and now I am regretting why I move from Fl. Now I have a pending license in another state. That lawyer is in Florida, his name is (MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME - PLEASE DO NOT POST IDENTIFYING INFORMATION ABOUT OTHERS). He is now recommending me that first wait for this license and I need to retain him and another lawyer from this state and then they can coordinate together. I am currently not working but once I start working then definitely I will do that. Even if Fl PRN evaluator mess up my this evaluation and recommend any sort of treatment, definitely I will retain him.

I have also read his case reports online and he has helped so many people who have shared their experiences. He also told me that PHPs will keep you saying that there is no way out and will also scares you but there is conflict of interest involves as they get their funding from these rehabs. So do not trust their wording. He also told me that you should have contacted me at that time when they recommended you treatment, still it's not too late. He states that board will not take any harsh decisions without giving you a proper explanation time and that is where our roles come and we vigorously advocates on your behalf and try our best to settle down things with the board with least consequences as possible on your license and in most cases board takes this thing into account that you have spent so much effort and money for this career and hardly takes harsh decisions given that if have done something horribly wrong.

I have a friend with same marijuana use disorder and he was genuinely doing it everyday. He was in a rehab with me. He got out and then tested positive for peth although he claims he didn't consume anything and repeated tests were negative including nail testing but he was again asked to go to rehab and then he hired a lawyer who is handling his case since the last year and now he is working without monitoring for the last one year and as per his lawyer probably 95% chances are that board will eliminate PHP requirement for him at the end of this year. I spoke to the lawyer and he told me that definitely there are people who needs to be monitored but after listening to my details he said, there are many people who don't need monitoring and PHPs are overkilling them like you.He was even laughing what they did to me and told me that my case is very strong and he can let me out monitoring. There is not a 100% guarantee but he said I have handled many cases and more chances are that you can be out of monitoring requirements.

I just received urine and drugscan blood panel 12 results which were negative. I Don't know whether they did peth test or not in this panel as I received results within 2 days. Last time labcorp did the test and cost of the test was same and they took 10 days. Hair test is still pending

I have dark hair so more propensity to absorb ETG. Bleaching and hair dye contains H2O2 that degrades ETG. One study showed that out of 12 people, after hair dye 10 became negative after a hair dye having <7 pg/ml. Lets see what happens to me. You are right I will not take a risk again. This is the first time I got relaxed and I was dumb to admit of accidental drinking before the results although the results came back negative. I have not used anything ever except marijuana few times and alcohol socially in the past but gets this misdiagnoses of marijuana use disorder. That is really frustrating. Even before coming to this program, I did not know much about the drugs and now I have learned a lot about drugs since in the monitoring. Sometimes even think to ask attorney to get out of this monitoring as every attorney says that you should not be in monitoring.

I have heard these stories from people at rehab. It was their experience and they were worried before the results and shared it with me but their results were negative and I was surprised. Yes you are right USDTL is getting better and better but I think there should be some other factors that might impact the absorption of these drugs into the hair strand like body metabolism or natural hair color as these drugs attached to melanin in hair.

I am not sure what are the levels for cut off. On their site it says >20 pg/ml is for chronic excessive alcohol consumption. <8 pg/ml is for abstinence and in between reading is for occasional or moderate consumption. Still hair test is not a good test for quantification and it is more good test for qualitative purposes to tell whether has consumed alcohol or not. 1-2 drinks can even show up in a hair shaft or sometimes 3 drinks/occassion on 18 occasions would not show up. This is because it is absorbed from sweat into the hair strand so regular hair hygiene plays a great role. I consumed on 2 occasions one week apart. 4 drinks and 6 drinks almost a month ago from now. I have dye my hair and used detox shampoo. ETG has hydrophilic properties, so I have done a lot of multiple washings. Now lets see what it shows up.

In my experience hair test is not sensitive for meth and Molly. I personally know a person who was using street Molly a lot almost daily for a month and stopped 2 weeks before testing and dye his hair and used detox shampoo but I was surprised his hair test came back negative. Also I know a person who did meth weekly and stopped a month ago before testing and his result was also negative. Hair test is very sensitive for THC for sure and very unpredictable for etg.

I am only worried for hair etg at this point, rest of the things I am sure would be negative.

for me they scheduled Hairstat 10 with egg now, drugscan blood option 12 and urine test. The hair test that I had a month ago was hairstat 12 that was negative. I looked up USDTL website and it shows the drugs on their panel. Amphetamines includes all of its metabolites methamphetamines and MDMA as one one drug category. Check out USDTL website. etg *

The evaluators they provided me for an evaluation has obvious conflict of interest as they are directors of some rehab. I requested them to provide a provider who don't work at a rehab. They gave 2 more and one was having again same reviews. The other one has good reviews online but from his private patients but He charges 5K for an evaluation. So now it is picking up a less evil person from all the list. Anyone knows good evaluator in Fl?
