    Wonder if that's more of a scare tactic as you do need to sign for authorization for anyone to pull your tax info.

    I guess I asked because some nurse tried to hide her PRN jobs and the board pulled her W2 and tax returns and she got revoked for 5 years. Not sure what state that was in but I am in AZ.

    Hello guys! I just got placed on monitoring this past month. For those who have been on monitoring for awhile or who have completed, I heard the board pulls your tax records and W2 to make sure you are at the employer you told them you are working at. Is this true? also to make sure you do not have any other PRN jobs as PRN jobs are not included in the agreement.
