    Hi! Asking for clarification if you weren't required to take the TOEFL/IELTS anymore to endorse your NY License to NJ. I was a foreign educated nurse (Philippines) as well and will soon be residing in NJ (Green Card holder). I got my license in NMI and planning to also endorse my RN license to NJ. My question is: Am I still required by NJ BON to submit a English Language Proficiency Report? thank you!
