I got an email after my initial phone screening that they will not be moving forward with my application.

Do you have any advice on how to prepare for the interviews?

Hello future nurses, I wanted to start a thread for those seeking residency at JPS to share their thoughts, feelings, etc. How's the process going so far? Who has interviews? I did a quick screening and was then sent a link to sign up for interviews, waited all day for an email regarding interviews and was 30 minutes too late and it seems that all the interview slots are filled out. I'm quite bummed out to miss out on the opportunity but will be looking for open slots. I hope those who got offers to other facilities remember to cancel their interview to give that opportunity to someone else. Anyway, I wish everyone good luck and look forward to hearing about everyone's experience in this process.

I havent heard anything either. I was told after the phone call that I would receive an email of more of what the position entails... But I never got that. I'm debating on calling the recruiter and asking her about it.

I got a phone screen request earlier last week and just completed my phone screen today. Pretty straight forward, she asked me a few questions about what I thought would make a great nurse and etc. Also asked questions to check off boxes.
