  1. I got an invite today for interview next Wednesday! I hear in the past it's been mostly EI and some clinical questions, last year was entirely EI.
  2. Yeah I haven't been able to find anything. I even reached out to a traveler I used to work with who said she has a bunch of friends who go to RIC and asked her to put me in touch with them, but no answer. ? I guess we're going in to this interview blind, best of luck ??
  3. Just got my invitation to interview the other day as well! Does anyone have any insight on their interview style? I haven't been able to find any info
  4. Oh boy. Was there any EI questions or all clinical? Also do you have any good recommendations for resources to study to prep for the clinical questions? I feel like I have too many options for study resources but would really like to narrow it down to the best ones. Currently using my Barrons CCRN book (although I don't think it goes in depth enough for pathophysiology & pharm), Ninja Nerd on YouTube has always been a favorite of mine (he has great video on ARDS, shock states, pressors), CSPA podcasts. Specifically, I haven't been able to find a great resource for pharmacology & receptors that common ICU drips work on. This video is the best I've found explaining sepsis. Just figured I'd share it here in case it could be useful for others.
  5. What was the interview like last year? Did you get in? I just got invited for an interview on 10/21 for the May 2025 start.
  6. Not hard it was a very broad open ended question. I can't say what it was obviously for the sake of integrity of the interview but just know your ICU specialty and types of patients you get well
  7. It was through zoom. It was the program director and assistant program director interviewing me. It was very laid back and very short like maybe only 15 minutes which I felt was too short... mostly EI questions with one clinical question.
  8. I just got invited to interview next Friday the 13th! It's going to be virtual. Sounds like mostly EI questions with a few clinical questions? How many on the interview panel? TIA and good luck to everybody!
