  1. Needing a little help my license was recently placed on probation restrictions due to me getting in trouble back in 2018 , after I passed NCLEX I was then Denied a license so I appealed and was placed on 3 year's probation. I have to be supervised also I can't be a charge nurse , I can't work home health or private duty or registery, and it sucks being a new nurse with no experience I've been putting in application but skilled nursing facility won't hire me , I was wondering can I work in group homes? Or would that be considered home health? IDK what to do if you been in my situation please help with some advice if you can I'm so clueless.
  2. Hello I recently received my appeal paperwork from the boards of nursing , they granted my license but how ever put me on probation for 3 years , I just needed a little clarification if anyone has been in my shoes , how long does it take to actually start working after receiving the paperwork, and is it hard to find work with being on probation? And when should I start applying for work , cause I'm seeing employment has to be approved by probation before starting and I'm just like how is that possible please can someone help me out here.
