    I don't think so. If you Passed your NCLEX and you are still in your mother country may be you need TOEFL and IELTS. But if you're here in USA you are good. That's what I know based from my friends experienced who applied and Passed NCLEX. If you're about to process your NCLEX exam it depends on the State requirements. Some wants you to have PRC license but an explanation to them why you don't have one, esp if you just graduated and going to migrate to US is acceptable, because you are not going to use your license there. Hope it helps.
