Hi! I'm planning to negotiate, I only received 2k in merit and 3k in need based so I'm pretty disappointed in that. I'm gonna email them and see if anything can be changed. Does anyone have any advice or has negotiated with financial aid in the past?

Hi Everyone! I was wondering when you guys asked for your letters of recs, how specific were you to your recommendations for example did you say specifically this is for Yales GEPN FNP (or whichever) program or just nursing program? I had my letter writers write a recommendation for NURSING school, but now I'm worried I should've been more specific about it being an FNP specialty. It was just hard because not all the schools I applied to have that specialty and it would've been difficult to ask for 2 letters.
